Christian TV - I'm In Love

Seemingly taking inspiration from the massive dance record of the same name by Alex Gaudino, here's a proper DJ intro edit I made of the new Christian TV record "I'm In Love". Official iTunes release on May 10th. Definitely sounds like a summer hit.

Amidst all the new material Kanye has released in recent weeks, this track remains one of my favorites. In DJ terms, (although some will find it useful) the original version transitions from 96 to 88 bpm halfway through, and has a 4-bar instrumental beat in the middle as well. So I laced up this short DJ edit adding an intro/outro and keeping the Yeezy and Pusha T verses as well as 2 hooks at 96 bpm... Bang it.

My friends Johnny Fresh just released their new single "Soulsonic Therapy Part II" and it's a banger... been getting a lot of support from the club and radio community. It's very cool watching these 3 blowing up right now because they're some of the hardest-working, most down-to-earth people you'll meet. I took their track and laced it up with a DJ intro and some added hype in the middle. Enjoy.

The only version of this new Wolfgang Gartner banger currently available online is a preview, but so it goes. The preview version is long enough to play out, however, especially now that I added a DJ intro. What really sold me on this is when the MC (who sounds like will.i.am) shouts out DJ AM in the second verse - even calls for a moment of silence for him. This will be big.

When M.I.A. released her latest single "XXXO" I was happy to see that she was making club beats again. The original reminded me of one of my favorites of hers to spin - "10 Dollar". Then Fulton Yard producer Rieces Pieces added more club flavor to "XXXO" and, oh yeah, HOV himself jumped onboard.

This track came out about a year ago and was relatively overlooked by a lot of radio stations, but then again, that's not saying much.
I've always loved Damani's flow in general, and the collab with Fatman Scoop on this makes it a great club joint, especially now that I made a proper DJ edit and re-arranged the track to make it pop off more. Enjoy!

Yeah, we've all heard the original 10,000 times. Salt-N-Pepa's single is a true party rocker. However, I'm sure you DJ's and clubbers have noticed that the original is structurally confusing, with a lot of lags in the middle of the song that are really annoying.

I totally re-worked the track in this new edit and I think it breathes new life into the classic. Oh yeah, and it's dance floor certified (after I dropped it hot on the turns this past Saturday night). Enjoy.
