XXXO (Rieces Pieces remix - CAMS edit)

When M.I.A. released her latest single "XXXO" I was happy to see that she was making club beats again. The original reminded me of one of my favorites of hers to spin - "10 Dollar". Then Fulton Yard producer Rieces Pieces added more club flavor to "XXXO" and, oh yeah, HOV himself jumped onboard.
Certified.

I'm Not Your Toy (Data remix - CAMS edit)

I've become a very big fan of La Roux, who in the past year has gone from indie music blogs to mainstream radio in a big way. So when I found this awesome remix by Parisian producer Data a while back, I knew I eventually had to do a proper DJ edit. Enjoy.

TONIGHT and Friday

2 verrry nice events this week...

TONIGHT, I'm back at The Ambassador in San Francisco for Brooklyn Radio's The Shake Up. In case you missed it, 2 weeks ago I recorded a live set here for Brooklyn Radio...

Download "DJ CAMS: Live at The Ambassador" here.

I'll be joined by the legend Chucky Brown and Lyrics Born's own tour DJ D Sharp to lay down electro, indie rock, new wave, and some hip hop gems.

This Friday I'm taking the heat south of San Francisco, to the ridiculously huge CRUSH party presented by Myke Famous. I'm playing the main set on the gorgeous outdoor patio...

As always, thanks for the support!

Live at The Ambassador

Last night at The Ambassador I recorded a live 40-minute set for Brooklyn Radio's The Shake Up. The first 20 minutes is all new electro heat, and the second 20 minutes is a special tribute set for this weekend's Outside Lands festival in SF - a three-day, 100+ act event that attracts 75k+ people a day. So many amazing bands, but I selected a couple party tracks. Thanks to my man Chucky Brown for the help. Check it!!

This Week's HEAT

Tonight, I'm on the decks at The Ambassador with the legend Chucky Brown and the all-star D-Sharp for The Shake Up, recorded live for Brooklyn Radio!
This is one of the illest venues and best new parties in San Francisco.

Friday night at Apartment 24 is off the hinges for the release party for my new CD.

And Sunday night I'm on the decks for San Francisco's best new industry party at Mr. Smith's...
